Proud Mommy Moment: LB's Dr. Appt.

My Proud Mommy Moment happened yesterday at LB's 12 month appointment... well after her appointment.She had to get 3 shots. No fun... But! She did really good! She only cried a little bit.. until I picked her up. Mom ALWAYS makes her feel better :)After the shots, we had to go get her blood drawn.No fun.However, the ladies were SUPER NICE, and instead of using a needle and her vain... because they couldn't find one... They decided to do a finger prick.They told me that LB would hate it, because it takes longer and she had to keep her hand still.LB doesn't like to sit still for very long, and we were already at the doctor's office for an hour...
BUT!
She did really good!The ladies said that she was the best baby they ever had to draw blood from!WooHoo LB!(It makes me feel good, even if they say that to ALL the parents!)

Getting shots and getting blood taken are two things I hate to put my kids through. Sounds like LB was a real trooper. She's adorable!!
