This Wednesday, I'm loving this past weekend:
*****Hear Ye! Hear Ye!*****
Let it be known that I FINALLY got a new memory card for my camera!
What does that mean?
LOTS OF PHOTOS!
I wanted to show you how we spent the 4th of July in my household....
Jerk Face and his dad spent the entire day working in our yard... Thanks J!!!
*Notice the trimmed bushes!*
(Thanks again J!)
...And since I took the photo on Tuesday, after the Student Painter's left,
(YES! They came back!)
you get a sneak peek at how the painting's going.... I will try to have an update on that soon!
And just because we are the patriotic types, I made these:
(I saw that my friend Stephanie made them as well, and she put the recipe on her blog... If you want to know:
I played life guard for this lovely lady:
Here she is, enjoying a turtle.
This is LB enjoying a crab....
yes... that's her, eating the pool... no good, dear, no good!
My camera died after this... BOO!
But LB had her very first taste of ice cream!
..and she loved it
(Jerk Face and I also did some shopping, and I got a lot of stuff ready for LB's 1st birthday party in T minus 10 days!!! YIKES!)
***Also! I didn't forget about my giveaway!!! I'll probably do it after LB's party!!!***

Those strawberries seem really popular this year, might have to save the idea for next year :-)

Sounds like a great holiday weekend! I'm jealous of LB's time in the pool. :)
How on earth do you resist those chubby baby legs?! She is just a doll.
